At Vaccari Boots, we stand by the quality of our craftsmanship; if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return or exchange your boots within 30 days of delivery provided they are in unworn, original condition. Please ensure boots are tried on only on carpeted surfaces to prevent scuffing the outsoles.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal with your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Pack with Care
Place the unworn boots in their original branded box and secure them inside a separate shipping mailer to protect the leather and packaging.
Label and Ship
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email, attach it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Inspection and Refund
Once our warehouse receives and inspects your boots for signs of wear, we will process your refund or ship your exchange within 5-7 business days.
